Cibolo Junction Soup Mixes

Cibolo Junction is a family owned business that started in 1998. They are based in Ojo Sarco, a small village (population 400) located between Santa Fe and Taos on The High Road. It is between the Jemez and Sangre de Christo mountains at 7500 feet elevation. Their soups offer an authentic taste of New Mexico from their Posole (a traditional Pueblo Indian Stew) to their New Mexico style Chilis that are a true original.
