Gil's Gourmet Soup  In 1989, Gil Tortolani opened up Gil’s Gourmet Gallery and Hot Shop on Monterey’s historic Cannery Row. Over time, he began to develop a great deal of unique specialty food items. By 1993, he had evolved in to a full fledged producer of his own line of terrific gourmet products including a line of condensed soups that offer the wonderful taste of the ocean combined with local ingredients.
