This is where they make their premium specialty seafood chowders, bisques and stocks – fresh off the docks of Maine. They like to keep things simple, from original recipes and fresh natural ingredients, to the appealing simplicity of their labels. Their chowders, bisques and stocks are made in small batches and canned mostly by hand, just like people on the coast of Maine have been doing for generations.
Please note: these soups are very rich with seafood and may be too strong for some, however these soups can be diluted to taste with the addition of milk, cream or butter.
