Sushi Chef Traditional Japanese Style Wakame Seaweed Soup

Wakame Soup is a light broth with the flavor, texture and fragrance of this prized sea vegetable. In Japan, this soup is particularly popular in the spring when Wakame is freshly harvested. Sushi Chef® has added tofu, mushrooms and chives to this soup to create an aromatic blend of flavors and colors. The ingredients were freeze dried, and the soup, when reconstituted, tastes just as it did when it was originally prepared.

1 cup boiling water
Cooking Directions:
Combine water and soup mix in a mug or shallow bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until boiling and stir.
