I opened the bag and it smelled like kerosene. The chili tasted like kerosene smells. It was unedible.

This is the best chili spice mix! It is a little on the spicy side, but we LOVE our chili with a little kick. We make a huge pot (using 2 lbs beans and 3 lbs meat) to freeze so one bag is perfect. If you make a smaller pot, just use half the bag. Glad I found a place to order it online since it's so difficult to find in our grocery stores!
