If lobster is the king of seafood then this rich, creamy soup is the King of Bisques. Minced lobster prepared in a sherry-based broth, flavored with Champagne. Add a can of half-and- half and enjoy this soup all year 'round. It's one of the finest seafood bisques anywhere. For an even heartier bisque add small shrimp or crab meat. Mouth-watering delicious!

Cooking Directions:
Add one can of half and half or milk to Champage Lobster Bisque in a saucepan. Cook on low or medium heat uncovered. Stir frequently until heated to desired temperature. Do not boil.

Lobster stock (water, natural lobster flavoring, salt, maltodextrin, and spices), minced lobster, corn starch, tomato puree. Contains less than 2% of the following: unbleached wheat flour, sherry wine, canola oil, salt, champagne, onion, natural flavorings*, yeast extract, xanthan gum, and oleoresin paprika.
*Contains natural dairy (milk) flavorings.
