I did need to add a few things to make it taste so great. I added coriander, smoked paprika and a small can of green chiles

This soup is great!! It is a little hot for some, but is great in the Fall, Spring and Winter. The very best when you have a cold! When I make it, I actually use canned, chicken breast (Swanson, Hormel, etc.) most of the time. I also add tomatoes with green chiles, for a little extra punch. As I am writing this, I see that another user does the exact same thing...with Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes with green chiles and canned chicken! When I can find this mix, I like to have it often, as it is an easy, easy supper or lunch! Eat with tortilla chips, crackers, corn bread, what ever you like.

This stuff is great! Good flavor, good heat (may be too hot for little ones). So easy to make. In a pinch, I use canned chicken breast and it is still delicious. I also use Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes with green chilis, although any brand will do. Used to be able to get this in my grocery store, but no more. Glad I found it here, esp. since I am moving to the NE US!!

So good! Great spicy flavor. I used fresh diced tomatos and diced up some grilled chicken. This is going to be a staple soup mix in my pantry.

My absolute favorite soup mix EVER! I add canned diced tomatoes and corn (sometimes pasta and/or cooked chicken breast). Top it off with a sprinkle of parmesan or other cheese and it's delicious!
