16 oz. cream cheese
8 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
Directions:
Combine baking mix with melted butter and 1 egg. Press into the bottom of a greased 8" x 8" square pan, reserving 1/3 cup to be used later. Combine cheesecake mix with 2 eggs and 16 oz. cream cheese. Mix until smooth and spread over crust. Drizzle topping pouch over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and open door for 30 minutes. Remove and refrigerate until ready to serve.
