Canterbury Naturals Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

This was inspired by a traditional favorite, pair it with your favorite bread and you have a complete meal day or night.

Additions:
2 (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cups half n' half
3 cups water
1 Tbsp. butter
Cooking Directions:
In large soup kettle combine crushed tomatoes and soup mix. Blend with a whisk. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add half n' half, water and butter. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Place a few croutons on the top of each serving. If desired, garnish with parmesan cheese or a dollop or sour cream.
