Quantity:  

 

1 whole cut up chicken

4 beaten eggs or 1 cup of milk

cooking oil

1/3 cup Shore Lunch Fried Chicken Breading

 

 

Preheat oil to 350 degrees.  Place dry batter mix and egg or milk into shallow bowls.  Dredge in egg or milk and then immediately dredge in dry batter mix.  Place in preheated oil.  Fry each side until done about 20-30 minutes, turning once.  Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
