6 cups water

1 cup chopped onion

1 (15oz.) can diced tomatoes

1 chopped red pepper

1 chopped clove garlic

1 cup choopped potato

1 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup macaroni

Cooking Directions:

Soak beans in water overnight. Drain liquid and rinse beans thoroughly.
Add 6 cups water, soup mix, tomatoes, red pepper, onion, garlic, potato, carrot and olive oil.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Add macaroni and season to taste.
