1 (15oz.) can of diced tomatoes

Cooking Directions:

Boil water. Stir in soup mix and diced tomatoes.
Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until lentils reach desired tenderness.
Stir aoccasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
