Ass Kickin Cajun Red Beans and Rice. Just add water, cooks in 20 minutes. 8 ounce package comes with Ass Kickin Cajun Hot Sauce for an added kick.

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion chopped
3 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Cooking Directions:

In a large skillet, place olive oil over medium heat and cook onion until tender, stirring frequently.  Add rice mix and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.  Add water, mix well.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover the skillet and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Stir in broccoli and ham.  Return mixture to a boil, then reduce heat again to low, cover and cook 10-15 minutes until rice is tender.  Stir in parmesan cheese and serve.

Very good flavor not to hot, added 4 cups of water as stated, but next time will only add three and half, little watery.
