It's tasty and organic and easy, but... it doesn't resemble New Mexico Green Chile Stew - far more closely resembles Q'Doba Tortilla soup. It's brothy, brownish, and very mildly hot (without the distinctive green bite - more a 'red' bite). It's good, but it's very far from thick with potatoes and green chiles.

This is the first time I tried this product and really love it! I added chunks of canned chicken breast and grated cheese on top. Best of all, it is not only low fat, but low sodium, perfect for my restricted diet. Thanks!

This stuff is amazing. I make it a litle thin. Since I live alone, I store it in the fridge and heat it up in the mornings and pour over eggs. Tastes delicious.
