2 onions
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
2 14oz cans beef, chicken or vegetable broth
5 cups water


Cooking Directions:

  • Rinse lentils.
  • Chop onion, pepper and carrots.
  • Add spice mix and all ingredients to soup pot and simmer 1 hour.
  • Add more broth and water as needed.  Remove bay leaves.
