1 onion
1 celery stalk
1 carrot
1 red pepper
2 14oz cans chicken or vegetable broth
5 cups water 


Cooking Directions:

  • Rinse lentils and peas.
  • Chop onion, celery, pepper and carrots.
  • Add spice mix and all ingredients to soup pot and simmer 1 hour.
  • Add more broth and water as needed. Remove bay leaves before serving. 

Ingredients:

Split peas, lentils, brown rice, garlic, spices.
