Combined with barley, our pea soup is a delicious, healthy and hearty meal.

1 celery stalk
2 carrots
2 14oz cans chicken or vegetable broth
4-5 cups water 


Cooking Directions:

  • Rinse and pick through peas and barley.
  • Chop onion, celery and carrots.
  • Add spice mix and all ingredients to soup pot and simmer 1 hour.
  • Add more broth and water as needed.

Split peas, barley, garlic, spices.
