1 celery stalk
2 carrots
2 14oz cans chicken or vegetable broth
4-5 cups water
Cooking Directions:
- Rinse and pick through peas and barley.
- Chop onion, celery and carrots.
- Add spice mix and all ingredients to soup pot and simmer 1 hour.
- Add more broth and water as needed.
