Additions:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 pound boneless chicken breast chunked
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chunked green bell pepper
1/3 cup roasted peanuts
Cooking Directions:
Dissolve mix in 1/2 cup water, set aside. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over High heat; add chicken. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 minutes longer. Stir in seasoning mixture. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens and all pieces are coated with sauce. Add peanuts and toss.
