Uncle Charlie’s nephew Ricky, he jus wanted to git in the pitcher, says his chili’s bettrn Charlie’s. (we doubted it – ‘that was ‘til we tried – now don’t tell Charlie). This here kid went n made that chili a little bit different – easier the womens says all them fixin’s are in the box cept a course ain’t no meat thur. ya’ll might give a try to git that kid off’n our back – he’s purty shore ya’ll air goin lak his chili purdy good.

5-6 cups water
2 lbs or more any ground meat or combination of ground meat (try turkey or sausage)
 

Cooking Directions:

  • Brown meat.  Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add ingrediens of chili mix and water.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and let cook for 20 - 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Top with cheese, onion, sour cream or sliced jalapenos.
  • Spice it up with some dashes of tabasco.
