Saute chicken in large kettle. Add water, rice and vegetable packet. Bring to a boil. cover and simmer 25 minutes. Combine yellow colored soup base packet with 3 Tbsp. cold water and stir with a fork until smooth. Add to soup, stirring to blend. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
