Alessi Risotto con Pomodori Secchi

Alessi Risotto con Pomodori Secchi is an easy to prepare culinary treat. From the farmlands of sunny Italy, the tomatoes are hand-picked while juicy red and fragrantly ripe. They are then split in half, salted, and laid out on large wooden flats to dry in the sun. This makes a wonderful accompaniment to most grilled meats, especially chicken.

Additions:
2 1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp. butter
Cooking Directions:
In a large saucepan bring water to a boil. Add butter and risotto mix. Stir while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer an cook undisturbed for 18 minutes. Let tand ucovered for 3 minutes. Fluff and serve.
