Crazy Jerry's Pasta e Fagioli Soup is super tasty and you can also try it with almost any combination of your favorite wild or tame game or fowl. Crazy Jerry's puts their money into the high quality ingredients in the bag, and not the packaging.
Serve with parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil. For a different variation, add 1 lb. cooked chicken. Enjoy with a crusty bread and a cheap wine!

1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 slices bacon, chopped
8 cups water
2 chicken bullion cubes
2 (14.5oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 (15.5oz.) cans cannellini beans
8oz. ditalini or other small pasta

Cooking Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot and cook bacon until browned. Chop bacon. Add water, spice pack, bullion, tomatoes and beans to pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes. Add pasta and bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:

Dehydrated minced onions and minced garlic, dehydrated celery, select spices, parsley, wild harvest oregano, crushed red pepper.
