Purely American Schoolhouse On The Prairie Chicken Noodle Soup Mix

A delicious and easy to make chicken noodle soup that comes with tiny abc/123 pasta and larger pasta in the shape of a schoolhouse. Includes a miniature bottle of Tabasco® brand pepper sauce. Serves 10-12.

Additions:
4 qts. cold water
1/2 of a 4 lb. chicken
2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups celery chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt (to your taste)
Cooking Directions:

Place all ingredients except for the pasta in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil.

Lower to medium and simmer for 1 hour.

Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Remove soup from heat and discard bay leaf. Remove any bones from the chicken and chop meat and then return it to the soup.
Serves 8-10. Freezes beautifully.
Ingredients:
All natural enriched semolina flour (ferrous sulfate, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, and riboflavin), spray dried tomato, spinach, and beet powders, water, carrots, onions, spices, black and white pepper, bay leaf.
