2 1/2 cups water
1 egg, well beaten
soy sauce (optional)
 

Cooking Directions:


Combine water and soup mix.  Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.  Gradually add 1 well-beaten egg to boiling soup, stirring gently in one direction.  Remove from heat, season with soy sauce if desired, and serve immediately.

Modified Corn Starch, Natural Flavors (Yeast Extract), Chicken Fat, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Dehydrated Carrots, Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Shitake Mushrooms, Dextrose, Soy Sauce Powder [Soy Sauce (Naturally Fermented from Wheat and Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Caramel Color], Citric Acid, Chives, Spices and Color, Lactose (Milk), Sodium Diacetate. I added shredded carrots and fresh Shitake Mushrooms (used about 5 medium sized caps, chopped)...it turned out yummy. It had just enough hotness to clear your sinuses, but not have smoke coming out of your ears.
