Wow! After trying the spring vegetable version of this soup and it being pretty bland, i expected more of the same with this soy ginger flavor. Boy, I was pleasantly surprised! The soup is very flavorful and didnt require any additional soy sauce or anything like I thought. Its amazing what a little meat-based stock can do. If you are looking for a good alternative to unhealthy traditional fried ramen, this is a really good choice. Its not spicy, but has a nice salty flavor (but still way less sodium then many soups!). The noodles are fresh and soften very nicely. I thought the consistency was perfect. Its got almost no fat as well, and made with quality ingredients. Definitely a winner from annie chuns. She has a sauce called soy ginger, and this makes me curious to try that.
