Note: Laurie's Kitchen offers you the convenience of two eqaul products of this mix in the box so you can make a full batch (6 servings) or a half batch (3 servings).
  • Combine water and mix (whisk)
  • Bring to a boil stirring often
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes stirring often

Twice Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Laurie's Kitchen™ White Cheddar Potato Soup Mix (24.8 oz)
  • 1 gallon water
  • 4 cups ham, diced
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:

  • Whisk soup mix into water.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring often
  • Simmer soup for 20 minutes, stirring often.
  • Stir in ham and green onions.
