Ingredients:
Pasta, Dehydrated Red Bean and Great Northern Beans, Dehydrated Onions, Carrots, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Celery and Garlic, Tomato Powder, Maltodextrin, ,Corn Starch, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Corn Soy Wheat Gluten Protein, Spices, Omion Powder, Rendered Chicken Fat, Powdered Beef Fat, Beef Broth, Caramel Color, Silicon Dioxide, Yeast Extract, Spice Extractive, Turmeric.

Note: Laurie's Kitchen offers you the convenience of two eqaul products of this mix in the box so you can make a full batch (6 servings) or a half batch (3 servings).

Combine water and mix (whisk)

Bring to a boil stirring often

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes stirring often
For variety, add cooked chicken, beef or sausage.
Laurie's Favorite Recipe:
Pasta Fagioli With Italian Sausage And Basil Pesto
Ingredients:
- 1 Package Pasta Fagioli Soup Mix
- 4-1/2 cups water
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage
Basil Pesto ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed*
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. pine nuts or walnuts
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
*May substitute fresh spinach
Directions:
- In a 2-quart sauce pan, brown sausage and drain.
- Return to pan and add water.
- Whisk in soup mix and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes stirring often.
- For the Pesto: Place basil leaves in food processor and whip until well chopped.
- Add parmesan cheese, nuts and garlic.
- With processor running, add olive oil slowly and blend until uniform.
- Spoon into bowls of Pasta Fagioli soup and enjoy!
