Note: Laurie's Kitchen offers you the convenience of two eqaul products of this mix in the box so you can make a full batch (6 servings) or a half batch (3 servings).

Combine water and mix (whisk)
Bring to a boil stirring often
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes stirring often

For variety, add cooked chicken, fresh asparagus or ham.

Cheddar Asparagus with White Beans and Ham

Ingredients:

1 package Laurie's Kitchen™ White Cheddar Asparagus Soup Mix (18.4 oz)
1 gallon water
4 cups ham, diced
3 - 15 oz. cans white beans, drained

Directions:

Whisk soup mix into water.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in ham and white beans.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often
