Dehydrated Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans, Bell Peppers, Onions and Peas, Modified Food Starch, Enriched Wheat Flour, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Yeast Extract, Tomato Powder, Salt, Onion and Garlic Powders, Sugar. Spices, Silicon Dioxide, Beef Extract, Powdered Beef Fat, Caramel Color, Xanthan Gum, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Natural Flavors.

Note: Laurie's Kitchen offers you the convenience of two eqaul products of this mix in the box so you can make a full batch (6 servings) or a half batch (3 servings).
  • Brown meat and drain
  • Combine water, beef and mix (whisk)
  • Bring to a boil stirring often

Laurie's Favorite Recipe:

Cheese Steak Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.7 oz. package Laurie's Kitchen™ Kansas City Steak Soup Mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb. ground chuck, round or sirloin
  • 1-cup shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. frozen tater tots

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • In a small sauce-pan, bring soup mix and water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In an 8" x 8" casserole dish, evenly spoon in the ground beef.
  • Pour the soup mix over and top with cheese.
  • Layer tater tots evenly over mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

Very yummy if you are a meat and potatoes type! I made with the ground beef and it turned out to be a very nice and hearty meal. Can't wait to try the casserole recipe!
