This zesty Beer Cheese soup is quick, easy and delicious! Great for halftime, parties or any gathering!

Additions:

1/4 cup of your favorite beer

4 cups water

Cooking Directions:

Bring water to a boil, reduce heat.
Whisk mix into water
Continue simmering until thick and bubbly.
Add beer, return to a boil and simmer until desired consistency.
If soup is too thin, cook a little longer, if too thick, add a bit more water.
Add 4-6 drops of hot pepper sauce to taste.

Variations/Serving Suggestions:

Serve with pretzels or popcorn.
Serve with a crusty loaf of bread to savor every last drop!
