Whisk mix into water

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes stirring often from the bottom of the pan

If soup is too thin, cook a little longer, if too thick, add a bit more water.

Add 4-6 drops of hot pepper sauce to taste (not included).
Variations/Serving Suggestions:

For Peasant Bread Soup, ladle soup over toasted buttered Italian
bread and top with grated cheese.

For Alfredo Diavolo soup (hot!) add on cup of cooked pasta (tortellini works great) and the entire mini-bottle of pepper sauce (included).

For Zuppa Prima Vera, add 1/2 cup of cooked pasta, one shredded chicken breast and one cup of cooked vegetables.
