Love this product. I use to buy it in the box of 12 for use on store shelves, but can no longer find it. It works out great when cooking for 1 plus reheats. I double the batch and add whatever I have around the kitchen like green pepper, celery, chopped up carrots, extra meat, etc. It then becomes a full meal in one dish.
