Additions:

4 Cups water

Cooking Directions:

Whisk mix into water
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring often from the bottom of the pan.
If soup is too thin, cook a little longer, if too thick, add a bit more water.

Variations/Serving Suggestions:

Garnish with buttered, toasted bread crumbs & freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
Serve with a crusty loaf of bread.
