My introduction to soupsonline happened because my local grocery store stopped carrying this delectable soup. Still a simple and quick to make favorite as are all the soups from Turtle Island.

The bite is just perfect, not too strong. The cheese flavor is also nice to have. I added extra cheddar!

Love this soup. It's the closest to Max & Erma's Tortilla soup and since they are closed in Green Bay, WI it's nice to have this mix.
