Normally a soup that is very expensive and time consuming to make, DJG has created a recipe that requires only the addition of milk and it's ready in less than 30 minutes. Sure you could add cooked lobster, crab or shrimp if you like but this elegant and creamy soup is just perfect right out of the box.

3 1/2 cups milk
 

Cooking Directions:

  • In medium sauce pan, whisk soup mix with milk.
  • Stir continuously over a medium high heat until the soup starts to thicken.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Optional: add in canned or fresh pieces of lobster or shrimp and dry sherry to taste.
  • Optional: garnish with pieces of lobster, parsley and baked buttery biscuit.
