Frontera White Bean Chili Starter

I had my first bowl of chili made from white beans and roasted aromatic green chiles at a corner diner in Santa Fe. Ever since, when I dream of chili, it’s often this simple version (I like it with chicken) served with a hunk of sweet cornbread. Just add meat (or your favorite vegetables), simmer and serve.

Ingredients:
Cooked navy beans (water, navy bean), fresh onion, diced tomato (fresh tomato, tomato puree, calcium chloride and citric acid), hatch brand green chiles (green chiles, salt, citric acid and calcium chloride), roasted fresh tomato, roasted fresh green pepper, lime juice from concentrate, corn flour (dehydrated corn, lime), roasted fresh garlic, roasted fresh jalapeno pepper, fresh cilantro, expeller pressed canola oil, salt, spices, and hydrolyzed yeast.
