Leonard Mountain Spuds 'N Chives Potato Soup Mix

A delicious potato soup with a nice chive flavor. Makes a great base for an oyster, clam or corn chowder! Now really potato soup is pretty easy to make – boil potatoes, add some onions and seasoning – soon it is cook and ready to eat. – But some young people like to have it all measured out for them so I took my recipe for my grandmother and put it in a box. (boy would she be mad!!)

Omg!!! I think this may be the best soup I have ever had!!! The flavor is absolutely exquisite!! We made a few variations we added diced ham and potatoes along with some Velveeta cheese and chopped green onion then topped each serving with a dallop of sour cream. AMAZING!!!! This is definitely a keeper!!

This was the best box potato soup I have ever used. I followed the recipe on the back with the corn and the cheese but I added chicken instead of seafood - incredible!
