2 Tbsp. olive oil

7 cups water

Cooking Directions:

Saute chicken in large kettle. Add water and rice/vegetable packet. Bring to a boil. cover and simmer 25 minutes. Combine soup base packet with 3 Tbsp. cold water and stir with a fork until smooth. Add to soup, stirring to blend. Cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
