Made this soup for two large groups on different occassions - both groups raved and wanted the recipe. Couldn't believe it was a mix. Delicious, easy, tastes like an old passed down recipe!

This soup is delicious! I sometimes make a stew out of it by adding diced potatoes and making a roux to thicken it up. Serve with a salad and that's dinner!! Yum

This is a great soup! One of the top tier soups available here. I really like the balance of flavors in their spice blend. While dicing an onion and sauteing it (along with 2 cloves of a Rocambole hardneck garlic and some celery) is a chore, the results are definitely worth it! I read Autumn's comment and smacked my forehead! D'oh!! I should have thought of it myself. What a great idea!! Using vegetable stock in a chicken noodle soup. It should definitely enhance the flavors!! Thanks Autumn. Will I buy this soup again? Definitely! Yummm!!!

I made this with one change. I used 6 cups of water and 4 cups vegetable stock. The veg stock was a concentrate I purchased on this site. Vegetable Broth Concentrate SKU: SC05 And served on the side Texas Campfire Corn Bread SKU: FF10 Also from this site. PERFECT!!!!! This will be a staple in my pantry as long as it is sold.

What a fun take on chicken noodle - large flat noodles and great taste - I added sauteed onion and celery as well as chicken.
