Absolutely Amazing! As a mezzo gourmet myself, I'm always looking for a way to cut time without cutting taste or quality. I altered the recipe slightly by de-boning a store bought rotisserie chicken, then returning the carcass to a pot of water for ten minutes or to a boil to create my stock. I removed the carcass and added the soup mix, seasoning and chicken. Brought the stock back to a boil and then simmered as instructed. OMG...it was fantastic. Multi-layered flavors and aromas and would definitely recommend for a family dinner, or for entertaining guests. This was definitely gourmet to go!!!
