Additions:

 
6 cups warter
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 5oz can chicken or 6oz cooked chopped chicken
 

Cooking Directions:

  • Saute celery and carrots in butter or olive oil until slightly tender.
  • Add water and mix and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • Add chicken and simmer a few more minutes
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:

 
White rice, soy based stock, mushrooms, parsley, oregano, garlic, onion, thyme & ginger.
