Tastes fresh like a pot made from the New England Coast. Mix with Water and Half & half and you may Add a can of chopped clams for a chunckier version.

3 cups water
1 5oz can clams
1 cup regular or non-fat half & half
 

Cooking Directions:

  • Whisk contents of package into water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add clams (include juice) and half & half.
  • Whisk until well-blended and hot.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Suggestions:

  • For richer taste, saute two slices of diced bacon and one small diced onion in butter and add before cooking.
