Halladays Tuscan White Bean Soup

A wonderfully filling and healthy soup with so much flavor!

Additions:
8 cups water
3 ribs celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1 can (14oz) tomatoes
Cooking Directions:
-
Bring water to a boil.

Add spices and beans.

Let soak for 1 to several hours (no heat).
-
Add celery, carrots and tomatoes and simmer until beans and vegetables are tender.
Ingredients:
White beans, sundried tomatoes, soy based stock, garlic, onion, wine, lemon flavors, chives and parsley.
