Wind & Willow Corn Chowder

Sweet corn in a light buttery cream sauce. Great on a cold wintery day or pair with a salad for a quick dinner any time of the year!

Cooking Directions:

  • Combine contents with 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Variations/Additions:

  • Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese or fried onion pieces and add a few extra kernals of corn.
  • Serve in a hollowed out round loaf of bread. Scoop out the center and spoon in the soup.
  • A nice compliment to corn bread.

The best corn chowder I have found, Add a small can of whole kernel corn to make it even better.
