Caley & Cobb - Garlic Bisque with Arugala

This is the perfect Bisque for the Garlic Lover! Add fresh arugala or spinach for an unforgetable bisque!

Additions:
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
1 cup water
1/3 cup dry white wine
4 cups milk
3 cups fresh arugala (or spinach)
Cooking Directions:

Saute packet of bisque soup with one tablespoon olive oil and one tablespoon butter just until moist.

Add one cup of water and 1/3 cup dry white wine and cook until liquid is absorbed.

Add 4 cups of milk and simmer slowly (about 25 minutes) until flavors have melded and soup is hot.

Do not allow to boil.

Add 3 cups of fresh arugala (spinach may be substituted) finely cut.

Simmer until tender. Serve warm.

Garlic, onion, parsley, hydrolized vegetable stock (wheat, corn, oat, soy lactose, yeast, disodium inosinate), flour, salt pepper, sugar, spice and herbs.
