Vigo Risotto Primavera is an easy to prepare rendition of the famed Italian dish of rice and springtime vegetables. We add a mixture of garden favorites like carrots, peas, broccoli and zucchini to white rice perfectly seasoned with an array of spices. It is great as a side dish for seafood, roasted meats or fowl. It also makes a tasty and colorful filling for stuffed green peppers.

2 & 1/4 cups water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (optional)

Cooking Directions:

In a large saucepan with a tight lid bring water to a boil.  Add butter or margarine then 1 package Vigo Risotto Con Broccoli, stirring while boiling for 1 minute.  Cover saucepan tightly.  Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 25-30 minutes.  Fluff and serve.

Excellent. I cooked it without the butter. The vegetables were nice and tender. My son added soy sauce. Will buy again.
