Lobster Bisque Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white wine or sherry
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup minced cooked lobster (if available)
Combine all ingredients in a stock pot. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
