Maggie and Mary's Creamy Pumpkin Soup

If you've never had pumpkin soup before, you're going to be pleased by the mellow spices and creamy texture of this soup.

Additions:
4 cups water
Cooking Directions:

Pour 4 cups hot water into soup pot.

Add soup mix, blend wellwith whisk.

Cook over low heat 30 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally; do not boil.
Variations/Additions:

Serve soup from a hollowed out pumpkin that has been warmed in a slow oven.

Garnish soup with either parsley, a swirl of cream, or croutons.
