1 medium onion
1 can (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained (optional)
 

Cooking Directions:

  • Brown 1 lb ground beef Drain off excess fat.
  • Add medium diced onion.
  • Add contents of chili pouch and simmer 15 minutes.
  • Add kidney beans if desired when adding chili pouch.

Ingredients:

Water, tomato paste, salt, chili pepper, spices, garlic powder, dehydrated onion, corn starch, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, dehydrated bell pepper, sodium acid sulfate, dehydrated garlic.

A very tasty, thick, traditional chili. Unlike some other chili mixes I've tried that are dry, this mix is in liquid form so it is really fast (under 30 minutes from start to finish) and you don't have to add tomato sauce. I also added some diced green pepper.
