Cooking Directions:

Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in soup mix. Reduce heat to Medium and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Yield: About 4 one-cup servings.

The carrots are bad with black spotson them I had to take them out e-mail me with where I can get my money back.

I like this soup and am finishing up a pot today. My only dislike about it the carrots an veggies never seem to get done, they stay crunchy.

Love this soup flavor was good and rich. I lilked that I had a roasted chickn left over in the refrig,and put the meat in with some leftover vegies it was great

I liked the minestrone soup but it was a bit too salty for me to reorder....and I note the chicken noodle has an 800+ sodium value....
